F & W at Frontierland at Disneyland Paris

The glamour couple just arrived at Disneyland Paris!
LOL. In fact, if you look at the folks in the background, they don't seem afffected at all.... Mwaaaa!! LOL

Happy Halloween!

This is, well, was, the scrumptiousest, deliciousest, crunchiest, yummiest, awesomest chocolate ghost we ever found. A sad story, though: W. didn't seem to like it that much so I ate 95% of it! As it turned out, she was actually saving it for later... Booh Hoo!!! Ha!Ha!

(Lies, lies, lies! F. TOLD me I could have it because he didn't like it. He said, and I quote, "I don't like it because it's crunchy. You can have the rest of it." So I put it aside to eat it later, then when later came, it was nowhere to be found. I sent my dearest F. an email asking if he knew where my little ghost might be and he responded "The chocolate ghost is now in chocolate heaven. I ate it. HA HA!")

OK, I lied... So, sue me! LOL

(Don't give me any ideas!!!!!)

Halloween isn't celebrated much in Paris, but we had our own celebration with American Halloween candy (candy corn and peeps) shipped by special delivery from Mom.

Had to carve a jack-o'-lantern, otherwise it just wouldn't be Halloween! How'd I do????

The brains behind the blog...

Meet Buster, the sweet little cottontail that runs the apartment in addition to her blogging duties. Busy bunny! Must be why she looks so pooped!

We have babies!!!!

This is the tank approximately one week after we set it up and we already have about 10 new babies!! What are we going to do with all these fish?!? Anyone interested??

Voici l'aquarium à peu près une semaine après l'installation et nous avons déjà environ 10 nouveaux bébés!! Qu'est-ce que nous allons faire de toute cette poissecaille?! Y a-t-il des intéressés?

A short video of our bettas fighting

At first, one of our bettas was scared to death of the other one. Every time we put them together, Scaredy Cat would show his stripes and turn his back on the other fish and eventually go sit silently at the bottom of his vase, back still turned. The guy at the pet store had told F that this was an unusually aggressive fish, even going so far as to put a bowl with another betta in it in the tank to show how feisty he was. Sadly, his bravado seemed to have been left back in the pet store tank, much to our dismay.

But after a period of solitary repose, Scaredy Cat found anew his mojo! Here you can see them going after each other.
